    No Dear, you can't determine india article website,
     
    one important thing is here.... we do article submission for links and
    traffic, for that put your articles in top site don't matter they belongs
    from witch country.

    Not a spam attack. Actually there are some sites which do have postal
    addresses but are using a Toll Free number. In this case we are unable
    to ask for a call or verify our phone number. Secondly for sites which
    are using virtual offices don't have a permanent address so for them
    we were looking if there is a possibility of doing some listing or
    not.
    But i highly appreciate your thoughts.

    Firstly do On-Page Optimization.
    Secondly you have to promote your directory by Off-page optimization
    which includes,
    1- Submit your site to link directories which is best choice for
    webmasters to derive massive traffic, if possible make your site to
    sponsored or featured to get more visitors and this is also called one-
    way backlink method.
    2- Write articles as per your niche and put your website link in
    resource box.
    3- Participate in forums and leave your signatures which includes your
    site link.
    4- Do blog commenting from various authoritative sites like .edu,.org
    5- Participate in Pay to Click program
    6- create link wheel
     
    I hope this basic method will help you most.

    If you google on Yahoo and SEO or Google and SEO you will find
    plenty of useful resources. Basically the on-page task is plenty
    of useful content, updated frequently, and off page you need to
    have valid references to your page from pages with similar
    subject matter. Most clever tricks have already been identified
    by the major search engines and discounted.
