which is advisable C, C++ or C# to learn. i want to venture into stand

C# still requires the .Net framework as a dependency but is a good place to
get familiar with the C family of syntax. C++ is a great language but is
often difficult to jump into for the first time. If you have never used any
C language I would absolutely start with C#. If you get bored and want to
go deeper start with managed C++ then switch to unmanaged once you get bored
with that. Unless your planning on getting into some hardware programming I
wouldn't bother with C.

i have a site www.classyd.org where i want people to signup for
newsletter. so i made it to pop up when the site is visited. but the
issue is that many browsers block the popup.
so i want help on some other ways to bring up a small window that will
hust slide in without being blocked by the browser. i see this in
lots of sites. please assist

Why not just add the newsletter sign up form right on the page? Why does it
have to be a pop-up box/window or a slide in box?
