I want to get daily revenues for multiple ad sense account using the PHP
MANAGEMENT API. I have downloaded the PHP CLIENT LIBRARY FOR GOOGLE APIs
that contains ad sense samples https://developers.google.com/api-client-library/php/start/installation
and some examples for AD-SENSE
https://github.com/googleads/googleads-adsense-examples/tree/master/php-clientlib-1.x/v1.x
 
Previously, i have configured Google Analytics & Ad-word PHP API to
access/manipulate reports, data etc programmatically with simple OATH 2.0
by giving some sort of client id & client secret.
 
 
Here actually i want to get daily basis Earning Reports from ad-sense
account with one time user consent & using refresh token for future
requests.(like Service Account Support).
 
 
Please provide me some sort of direction how to do that ?
How to setup a test Adsense TEST account to debug/test my codes?
How to set redirect URL path? i have never used that previously for Adword
or Analytics API.

that is probably a Queries per Second error and not a Queries per Day
problem
 
If you look in console.developers.google.com at the Adsense API and click
Quotas you can see your "Per-user limit" is set to something like 1
requests/second/user
 
You may need to spread out your calls to the API

I checked my usage and I've only been using about 200 queries per day.

I would like to bring to your attention the following issue: some of our
user with an AdSense account created with Youtube (hosted account) are
unable to display ads on their websites hosted by Altervista even after the
association to our host account. It looks like the association is performed
correctly, but the AdSense account remains locked on Youtube domain and so
no ads are displayed.
Can you please have a look at this problem? It is damaging us and we are
unable to give support to our users.

The difference between these two amounts is mostly caused by invalid activity on your site, such as accidental clicks, which are deducted from finalized earnings.
