    After rereading what I wrote, I agree it is a bit confusing (I write these
    entries very quickly because I have little time to spare). To clarify..
     

     
    1) Build quality links to your main domain. You need a smaller number
    of these. What is a quality link? High PR or trusted sites with rich media
    content that have a low number of outbound links.
     
    2) With the lower quality links, make sure you don't send the backlinks
    to your main website. Get these backlinks to point to ezinearticles entries,
    Web 2.0 properties, Press- Releases and Youtube videos.
     

     
    Point to 2 is crucial because you want to build a multi-level tier of
    websites with an outer ring of websites, that you can blast away with
    backlinks without negatively affecting your main website. I cannot stress
    how important it is to avoid common mistake of sending all you backlinks to
    your main website.

    I have two categories Technical & Technician
     
    By mistake i have 301 redirected the page Technical to Technician
     
    and now i am deleting the command from the htacess file but still i am
    getting the redirect for that page

    Ranking for a keyword with a local geographical location work in the phrase
    is generally very easy. Just do a bit of on page optimization and build
    banklinks using the anchor text with the location word in it. This is very
    basic stuff!
