    now it totally different Google algo now checking domain links not pr last
    3 or 4 months algo follow high pr links but now not following so far Google

    Whether PR juice is passed on is based on the following main factors:
     

     
    1) Nofollow/follow attribute on the link.
     
    2) Type of link - contextual link, keyword anchor text, position of
    link etc
     
    3) Number of links already on the page ( Google bot generally follows
    around 100 links) The more links on the page, the more diluted the link
    juice.
     
    4) PR of the site that has your backlink. A low PR 2 link will be
    spidered less ( longer indexing times) and will pass on less link juice in
    comparison to a PR4.
     
    5) IP Class diversity.
     

     
    If you looking to elevate your PR, you really need to seek websites with
    PR4+ in addition to meeting the above attributes. Additionally, don't just
    look for one or two sites, find half dozen at least before you can expect
    results.

    you are right and i agree as far as concern with Link pr. you get pr on the
    basis of having links to same niche high pr sites. second thing is that
    goggle keep changing its algorithm to fight with SEO tricks. so maybe this
    is because of that.
