You could take a look into Google Analytics. It's sort of an all-in-one
package for your requirements.

we use statcounter.com as opposed to google analytics because we provide our
clients access to this tool. I find google anaytics over complicated to use
for general users and statcounter.com is nice.
I find server stats unreliable as they tend to return inflated stats, at
least for the one I have seen.
