    Hello,
     
    Does anyone have a word doc you email clients for discovery of a new website
    project?
     
    I usually meet with clients...but this one is long distance and I wanted to
    email her a list of questions which will help me create a site for her.

    RetiredRoommates.com but it does not work correctly. Do you know anybody

    I've got a web design worksheet, it's on our web site (check my sig). One for web design, one for logo work and another for copywriting services. Have at it. :D

    Don't know the protocol for open solitication here. You may want to state your budget and time line, whether you need hosting, etc. But first you may want to run your request past the list owner (Doug Peters).
     
    AND it's NOT nice to hijack someone else's thread.

    I'm looking to understand some basics around click-stream / user-navigation
    analysis. Generally, I am wanting to figure out what the effectiveness of
    various website design alternatives are on a page-level. For example, what
    is the click-through rate of sales page 1 vs. sales page 2?
     
    Here are some of the questions I am trying to answer:
    [1] What tools do people use to do this?
    [2] What do the tools use as input? (e.g.,apache web log?)
    [3] Any notable resources (websites, books, blogs, etc.) on best-practices
    here?
