    Hi Mike,

I would not use the mirror effect on all that text on the top. To me,
the mirror effect (reflection) is more an accent for a word or two not
an entire sentence or lengthy tagline kind of thing. It gets a little
muddy looking in the middle, too under Recruit Agents. You might want to
    try that line in white.

I think the moving trees need a little more brown black than grey black
for coloring and the leaves more the darker green like in the top section.

We proceed like Joni, if you give clients 3 choices they are going to tell
you they want the colours of 1, the menu bar of 2, the font of 3 and you
will end with something all over the place. If you spend an hour or two
talking to the client, asking them questions and researching their sector
chances are that the design you will produce is roughly what they are
looking for, you will save precious hours on photoshop!

Totally agree with you Oliver that is the way to do it and also get the
client to show you websites they like so you can take the nice menu bar they
like and put it in the design for example but "dont steal, be inspired"
