Why would you use Javascript to capture the form data?

If it's a standard html form with a "submit" button, then you can just
grab the data from the $_POST variable in PHP.

PHP also has functions for manipulating date formats.

Maybe you could use a little help from a PHP person.

    hello,

improve navigation bar you can do that by changing background color and
    color property
    and make font bold.

departments dropdown is going below slide show

Nice layout. Good color choices with one small exception. Home page
still looks good when I zoom in.

    So, good job overall.

Get rid of the visitors counter.

At the top you have "gallery | register | contact us" Why did you
separate these from your menu bar?

It took me a while to figure out that the "contact us>>projects>>etc"
are just links. Usually a set of links like this is used to show that
you are deep in the structure of a web site and how you got there.
Because these links don't seem to do that, they are confusing. Also
the multiple colors are jarring and detract from what is otherwise a
very nice, soothing color scheme. I would get rid of them.

In your page footer, space the various items evenly across the bottom.

id?=param is not search engine friendly... however all the big guys won't
have a prob with it... the small guys do. And usually only when there is
more than one paean in the url.

The big guys are influenced as to how you do with the little guys, though.

my problem with this is that i use a single index.php home page and use the
url to include other pages using the php GET. eg
    www.classyd.org as home page
but http://www.classyd.org/index.php?id=about to visit about us page. this
page has been called into the index.php page with GET.
now, how do i use the keyword in this context?
