[WD&D] Digest for sitedesign@googlegroups.com - 4 Messages in 3 Topics

    please i need some clarifications. i often view the source code of websites
    on the internet and i dont see any meta tags for keywords and description
    but google still displays the site when i search for things related to the
    sites. please help

    The words would be built into the content. If you use the word regularly in the content it is more powerful than adding it as a meta keyword

    please i want to know the best form to design a website such the the menu,
    footnote, head sections that would appear in all the pages are not types
    repeatedly on all the pages but rather kepy in a single place. i actually
    use the url variable as in ?id=about us to include the about us page in a
    particular section of the index page. is this a good practice or are there
    other better ways of designing the website. thanks
