    Hi Rithin,

If Im not wrong, you're asking for a 'how-to' explanation on RSS setup for
    your website.

Feedburner may help you in case of websites (and blogs) powered by WordPress
and several others. However if your site is built upon different
technologies like asp.net, php, html etc. FeedBurner has no idea on how to
get updates. In this case you need a different approach to get things done.
Follow the link and let me know your view.

    Kev is 100% spot on.
Google is looking for non organic patterns in link building and giving the
sites penalties for trying to influence their results.

Build your links for traffic and to increase the subject's information silo.

    Forget about nofollow.
Forget about the PR of the pages where you place the links. Relevance is
    much more important than PR.

    Best,
    Reg
