    I don't know anything much about Joomla!, but I do know that some of my colleagues use it for real estate web sites, I think there's a module/extension for that if I'm not mistaken. I'll try to find that for you.

    I see right off the bat, RealtyNA, FW Real Estate, Ez Realty Pro, and there's more on the official Joomla! Realty Extensions list:

    If you're more comfortable with Joomla!, then looks like you may find your solution there.
