[WD&D] Digest for sitedesign@googlegroups.com - 10 Messages in 3 Topics

    Looks nice, very tasteful. Of course I can't read it but I can suggest
    that type should have a little more contrast for better readability.
    You could make the type a really dark color.

    I have a new project to develop the website for a real estate company. It
    looks like a good deal, but the only pitfall is that I have never developed
    any website of this kind and thus have no idea as to how I should get on
    with the design and development. I have decided to outsource the look&feel
    design to another company, but what about the development part???
     
    The sample site that they have given us is http://www.nkrealtors.com/...
     
    Any ideas???

    As joni said a cms that already is geared to real estate would be good
    because there are lots of features that are relavent to the industry
    preconfigured. The time and effort saved even if you need to buy a
    coomercial script is worth. No need reinventing the wheel
