I've been watching my Google Webmasters tools recently and have noticed 301
Moved Permanently error for non existent URL instead of showing 404 error.
The page is displaying 404 page but in WMT its 301 Moved Permanently and
nothing is mentioned in .htaccess file. What should be done? Please suggest

I would highly advise a revamp of your onsite coding..I see tables in there and even font element!!
Use pure css coding and it will make your site faster which is an seo factor.
Add more relevant content in the appropriate tags, h1 for headers, p for content, and clean up your page, remove the inline css block and put the css into a stylesheet, and same with the js if you can.
