- Rate Limit Exceeded but not near any limits - 1 Update

Recently after adding some accounts with huge amount of history we started receiving the following error: { - error: { - errors: [ - { - domain: "usageLimits", - reason: "rateLimitExceeded", - message: "Rate Limit Exceeded" } ], - code: 403, - message: "Rate Limit Exceeded" } } When I checked the quoata usage we are not even close to it. Is there some sort of data quota and is there any way to increase it?
