    Hello Guys,
     
    I need urgent help regarding redirect code in htaccess file
     
    my url is wedding-cakes-recipes/hawaiian-cake-recipes.html
     
    I want to change and redirect to
    wedding-cakes-recipes/hawaiiam-wedding-cake-recipes.html
     
    I am confused in using the redirect code please if any one knows help me
    out.

    Add the below line at .htaccess file. It's enough. Change the domain name.
     
    Rediect 301 /wedding-cakes-recipes/hawaiian-cake-recipes.html http://www.
    domain.com/wedding-cakes-recipes/hawaiiam-wedding-cake-recipes.html

    Some PR sites do allow to hyperlink the keywords with in the body of the
    release. If not, you can always do that in the Bolierplate.
     
    Regarding the ranking, it would depend on other factors such as the quality
    of the PR. Also, if its a paid PR you can expect much coverage for this.

    - keyword (the word you want to target the pepole to your business)
    - page in design (on page-off page- non seo)

    finally it's a big project to learn it , i spend 2 years from my life to
    learn it .

    Frist problem you have is that the website is not a .com .net or.org.
    What is ".sg" since no one knows how exactly, other than Google,how a
    website get a high ranking. There
    are some known area of SEO that are improtant ranking factors. One
    being that .com .net. and .org rank higher then anyother URL ending.

    Using more redirections on a site cause increase in page load time.
     
    To increase website speed avoid more redirections and image file size.
    If u read google webmaster guidelines u will come to know how to
    increase website speed.

    Hi,
     
    404 redirect is mainly used to display "page not available" message.
     
    The major difference between 404 and 301 is :
     
    301 is used for "redirect particular url to another particular url" - (For
    this case, as a end user- you can see URL is changing)
     
    404 is used for "redirect all the unavailable url-s to particular url"- (For
    this case, destination URL will be hide.)
     
    Don't worry - Both are SEO friendly.....
     
    For Example:
     
    (301 Redirect)
    type gmail.com it will redirect to

    தெரிந்த இந்தப் பையன். போட்டி ஆரம்பமானது.
    எல்லோரும் ஆச்சரியப்படும் விதமாக பையன் வெற்றி பெற்றான்.
     
    இரண்டாவது போட்டி.
    அதிலும் அவனுக்கே வெற்றி. அப்படியே முன்னேறி அரை இறுதிப் போட்டி வரை வந்தான்.
    அதிலும் கொஞ்சம் போராடி ஜெயித்து விட்டான்.
     
    கடைசிப் போட்டி.
    எதிரே இருப்பவன் பலமுறை சாம்பியன் பட்டம் பெற்றவன். ஒரு கை இல்லாத எதிராளியைப்
    பார்த்து அவனுக்கு கொஞ்சம் பரிதாபமும், இளக்காரமும். பையன் சளைக்கவில்லை.
    போட்டி ஆரம்பமானது.
    முதல் சுற்றில் பையனை அடித்து வீழ்த்தினான் எதிராளி. பையனின் நிலையைக் கண்டு
    பார்வையாளர்களுக்கு அதிர்ச்சி. போட்டியை நிறுத்திவிடலாமா என்கின்றனர் போட்டி
    நடத்துபவர்கள்.
     
    "வேண்டாம்., பையன் சண்டையிடட்டும்" என்றார் குரு.
     
    இந்தப் பையனோடு போரிட இனிமேல் பாதுகாப்புக் கவசம் தேவையில்லை என எதிராளி
    அலட்சியமாய் வந்திறங்கினான். பையன் தனக்குத் தெரிந்த அந்த ஒரே தாக்குதலை பலமாய்
    நிகழ்த்தினான். எதிராளி வீழ்ந்தான். பையன் சாம்பியனானான்.
     
    பார்வையாளர்களுக்கு ஆச்சரியம்.
    அந்தப் பையனுக்கே தனது வெற்றியை நம்ப முடியவில்லை. அன்று மாலை குருவின்
    பாதங்களில் பணிந்த அவன் கேட்டான் "குருவே, நான் எப்படி இந்த போட்டியில் வெற்றி
    பெற்றேன்? ஒரே ஒரு தாக்குதலை மட்டும் வைத்துக் கொண்டு வெற்றி பெற்றிருக்கிறேனே"
    என்றான்.
     
    புன்னகைத்தபடியே குரு சொன்னார் "உனது வெற்றிக்கு இரண்டு காரணங்கள். ஒன்று
    ஜூடோவிலுள்ள மிகக் கடுமையான ஒரு தாக்குதலை நீ கற்றுத் தேர்ந்திருக்கிறாய்.
    இரண்டாவது இந்த தாக்குதலைத் தடுக்க வேண்டுமானால் எதிராளிக்கு ஒரே ஒரு வழி தான்
    உண்டு. உனது இடது கையைப் பிடிக்க வேண்டும்.
    உனக்குத் தான் இடது கை கிடையாதே! உன்னுடைய பலவீனம்தான் பலமானதாய் மாறி உன்னை
    சாம்பியன் ஆக்கியிருக்கிறது!"
    குரு சொல்லச் சொல்ல பையன் வியந்தான்.

    301 permanent redirects of will no impact on performance. Don't worry!
     

     
    Performance is a consideration because Google uses as one of the factors in
    SEO. And more importantly studies have shown if your website is taking 5+
    seconds to load you will lose visitors dramatically.
     

     
    To speed up performance, use W3 Super Cache or a CDN network. The former is
    free if you are using WordPress. The later is a paid service but will yield
