    I am using openCart, and I am very happy with it.

    But today I was downloading some APP on Chrome and I came across this
    APP that you can adapt in any website, - "according to the information
    on the webpage", here is the link:
    http://www.cashie.biz/?utm_campaign=App_launch&utm_medium=Chrome_Web_Store&utm_source=Google
    - but keep in mind I haven't use this yet, but I believe that could be
    an option for small ecommerce sites.

    Hello, i try to apply slideshow jQuery script
    http://www.motixdesign.com/index2.php
    to wordpress, I am trying to make it work, it seems like i put js code
    corectly, but for some reason, it cant see any js scripts. i included
    those js scripts in js folder in my template and referenced it in
    functions.php file as:

    if ( !is_admin() ) {
    wp_deregister_script('jquery');
    wp_register_script('jquery', ("http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/
    libs/jquery/1.4.2/jquery.min.js"), false);
    wp_enqueue_script('jquery');

    wp_register_script('hoverIntent',
    get_bloginfo('template_directory') . "/js/
    jquery.hoverIntent.minified.js");
    wp_enqueue_script('hoverIntent');

    ....and so on

    anyone has an idea what might cause a problem? thanks for reply

    Hi,
    we have a large PDF, 12 pages used for a print job. The client wants it web
    ready, in other words quality reduce.
    Is there a tool to do this other than doing it in illustrator / photoshop?

    What's he trying to do with it? Offer it as a download? You can optimize the PDF itself (and you have a lot of control over what and how that's done) in Adobe Acrobat. I'm not sure I understand what you mean otherwise.

    Then if you have Adobe Acrobat, you can just optimize the PDF (it will ask you to make a copy) and upload that instead of the master. If you don't have Acrobat, shoot it to me and I can optimize it for you.

    You can fiddle with the settings to get the quality/size compromise the way you want. I've never had any luck working with PDFs in any other format. Most people don't mind downloading larger files if they are warned in advance of its size. Hope you've got plent of coffee (or your beverage of choice) on hand!

    How big is the PDF? I would just make them download the original it will
    save you time messing with optimisation. And its 2011 I am sure everyone has
    decent broadband speeds :-)
