I know this might sound basic, but make sure compatibility more is
turned off. This got me a number of times when developing in IE8,
sometimes IE would think for itself (never a good thing) and think
that this is an IE7 page and start compatibility more by itself.

This position is required to lead the analysis, design, development,
testing, and deployment of medium to very complex components using

deployment activities
Experience:
- 5 years of Java/J2EE experience
- 3 years of OO experience
- 4 years of SQL/Oracle
- 3 years of Message Driven Bean
- 3 years of Websphere
- Some experience in IBM RAD, My Eclipse
- Experience in Agile Methodology
Education:
- BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent;
advance degree desirable
