 No confirmation email on creating adsense account

I created account through host API(Account service) on sandbox. I didnt get
any confirmation email asking for postal code or phone number.
 
And now i cant create channel using the adcode as it comes back with an
error - publisher account not linked to developer account.
 
Please help..

Hello NB,
 
the sandbox has the following special elements that can be included in
a header for request 'createAdSenseAccount' when debugging:
- debug_association_type
- debug_zip
- debug_phone
 
These elements enable developers to include zip, phone and approval
settings that are normally requested of the publisher by email.
 
You can find a detailed explanation of how to use these headers in the
following documentation page:
http://code.google.com/apis/adsense/host/developer/adsense_api_sandbox.html
 
The relevant section is "Testing of Account Creation and Association".
