Calling either list or get with Accounts.adclients with a given account id
returns a client id.

 v4 Accounts.report generate invalid optional parameters

Using the generate method of Accounts.report, for the following dimensions
/ sort values
 
HOSTED_AD_CLIENT_ID
CUSTOM_CHANNEL_ID
CUSTOM_CHANNEL_CODE
CUSTOM_CHANNEL_NAME
URL_CHANNEL_ID
URL_CHANNEL_NAME
 
the following error is raised
 
(400) Request contained conflicting filters, conflicting dimensions, or a
conflicting combination of both.
 
The message refers to a conflict; however, the error is also raised in the
case of a single dimension and/or with no filters, i.e. in the case where
there is no other dimension or filter with which to conflict.
 
Are the above dimensions not supported? All are listed in the docs at
https://developers.google.com/adsense/host/v4.1/accounts/reports/generate .

Hi there!
 
In the AdSense Host API, these dimensions are not available when reporting
on the publisher so they shouldn't be on *accounts.reports.generate*. They
are only available in* reports.generate*. Also, we will change the response
message.

Is there a way to bulk add metrics data to the sandbox for the purpose of
generating reports using a sandbox host api account?
 
Obviously calling generate for an account with no data does not produce a
meaningful report.
 
It's my understanding that ads created for sandbox accounts are not
actually generated, so the data from page impressions and so on does not
accumulate.
 
Even if that understanding is incorrect and data can be accumulated via
sandbox ads, it would be convenient to be able to avoid having to manually
create a number of ad tags, embed them in test pages, refresh the pages,
click the ads, etc.
