I suggest you to go for social media optimization & creating blogs & web 2.0
& try to optimize them..
You can also integrate all accounts as well as build link wheel b/.w
different accounts.

Hello,
 
It is not possible if you have deleted the 301 it no longer exists so all
should be well. Refresh your cache by holding the shift key and pressing
refresh at the same time and try the url again. If the problem persists you
have not correctly deleted the 301.

There are certain things that you can do in order to get quality links.
 
1) Get links from pages that are indexed properly by search engines.
2) Get links from pages having atleast pagerank 2 or above.
3) Get links from relevant pages.
4) Avoid getting links from link farms..
