Hi Raul,
 
At the moment, those four dimensions are incompatible with DOMAIN_NAME
across both the API and the AdSense website. You'll still be able to show
earnings, clicks and many other things per domain name, though
(essentially, you should be able to get reports for any data that you can
view on the AdSense website).

What device are you developing for (are you just using PHP for testing)? I
may be able to point you to a library to make your life a lot easier with
auth :)
