Hi Raj,
 
I think you need to research on your website again and review all the
factors which are there like - oubound/inbound links, content, meta's, and
other kind of tactics,if you are using such as hidden text, so much footer
links, everypage should be not more than 90 outbound links, thinner
content, your web design and your structure.
 
when you completed all the research of your website after that make an
re-consideration request to Google via webmaster access with your detailed
analysis and explain everyting which are you have found.
 
Hopefully you will get good results...
