The minimal number of words should be 300 words, some people are using 600
to 1000 for optimal consideration. Anything lower than 300 is considered to
be a snippet and is treated differently. Personally, I would not go any
lower than 150 words.
Panda focuses "onpage factors" that means everything to do with your website
