    Download and run the xenu software (It is a safe freeware) available from
    www.xenu.com You can google it also by its name xenu.
     
    You can enter your site link and run it. Once it checks after running all
    the pages, there is an option from menu bar to create .xml sitemap. I have
    been using this software and feel reliable. I will recommend this to try.

    I agree with vikas. Xenu is good software, it helps us in detecting broken links also.
