[WD&D] Digest for sitedesign@googlegroups.com - 3 Messages in 1 Topic

    I like the idea of your site. I would suggest you work with a graphic
    designer to improve the overall look of the site. Logo, colors, etc.
    People tend to judge a site first by it's looks. The small boxes
    under the name seem confusing.
     
    The "Why and How to Use" part could actually be on the front page, or
    at least a condensed version of that, to give people a better idea
    what the site is for. The sign-up takes up such a large portion of the
    front page, you may consider using a small log-in there for returning
    members and move the sign-up to another page.
     
    I hope your idea does well. It seems like a great concept.

    My browser cannot find the site. I tried both www.talentapace.com<http://www.talentapace.com> and www.talentspace.com<http://www.talentspace.com>. I get domain placeholders for both. Not having seen the site, but just going by Douglas's comments, is the site going to do anything different or better than, say, behance.net<http://behance.net> or dribbble? Remember the old saying, "All the world loves a kitten, but who needs another cat." if you could provide a working link, that would be nice.
