    1. Try to make a meta title as a unique one. Avoid on using same keywords
    repeatedly in a same page.
     
    2. Dont use same anchor text for link building. Try to use different anchor
    text.
     
    3. Change your link building strategies like,
     
    - Guest Blogging
    - Competitor Back link analysis
    - Forum Participation
    - Link wheel technique
    - Creating Squidoo lens, etc.,

    Link Exchange is considered as "unnatural link" after google panda update
    3.4.
     
    So better avoid those stuff's.

    changes.
