I have already stated that this warning message is common..

The Google message you refer to has gone out to numerous websites that only
participate in 'white hat SEO' so don't worry! There are many reasons that
Google may have sent you the message, however most likely it is because your
content has been scraped and duplicated by others who practice black hat
    SEO.

Ignore the message and continue what you 'white hat SEO' practices.

View counts can be easily manipulated you can buy view counts- Google it.
YouTube ranks video according to keywords is a similar way as Google. That
counts more in my mind that view counts.

    @Zotic

You will need to build links to the inner pages apart from the home page. Additionally, with Google Panda you have to be aware of user engagement factors which are becoming more important like:

    1) Social signals

    2) Page load speeds

    3) Bounce rates

    4) Bad pages that can effect the whole website

With respect to tools there are too many to mention. Whatever you use aim for link diversity.

    Good luck,

    Gary

Subject: Link building to very page on my website?

    Hi guys!

First of all thanks for keeping alive this group and doing all of this great things for community all around the world.

    My 1st question:

Link building is necessarily for every link on my webiste? For example, let's say that my home page is "www.test.com" and today I've posted something and I have a new link on my website "www.test.com/new-web-page.htm". For this new link "www.test.com/new-web-page.htm" is necessarily to do link building?

Please help me with this, i know is a dumb question but i didn't find a straight answer.

    My 2nd question:

What seo tools do you use (free and paid).

    Thanks in advance!
