    As far as google concerned, duplicate content would harm your ranking in
    SERP. So I would stronglly recommend, avoid this strategy, If you have
    multiple original content and you want it to publish on the web then go for
    a guest post. Article submission is not effective as guest posting with
    relevant Blogs or websites.

    Hi,
     
    it will be an issue, if all site approved your content ( article ) But it
    dont happen man. Most of the article site , will check content of your
    article i.e : is it coped or not?, mostly one or two sites will going to
    give approvals ( it based on site quality too ) .
    So there is no way to that your content going to spamming according to
    Google Panda.
     
    It's better to stop submitting same article to number of site & try to post
    unique content in top article directories & site ( go for article spin if
    you are unable to generate content )
    .

    not really .. new algorithem mainly focusd on backlinks so be careful about
    that and before that google gives u time to correct ur error..nd if you
    remove correct ur backlink prb properly and other reason for whom u got
    slaped frm penguin than it ll hav to resumit ur websit to google webmaster

    As you said , links doesn't going to influence SERP's , is it better to
    stop doing link building ?
    Is it possible to target all the keywords with On Page ( i mean it can be
    keyword stuff, while making long tail keywords )
